Internship Overview:

This internship is designed for legal students eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world legal challenges focusing on contract drafting and a variety of legal activities. As a Legal Intern you will collaborate closely with our Senior Corporate Lawyer offering a unique opportunity to delve into legal processes enhance your drafting skills and gain exposure to international legal practices all from a remote (work from home) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts agreements and other legal documents.
• Support the legal team in research and analysis related to corporate law employment law and international regulations affecting remote operations.
• Participate in the preparation of legal advice and compliance strategies.
• Contribute to the management of intellectual property and data protection policies.
• Help in coordinating with external counsel and participating in legal projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or freshly graduated in a Law Degree or equivalent legal studies program.
• A strong academic record with a keen interest in corporate law international law or related fields.
• Excellent research writing and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced international work environment.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills e.g. Dutch are a plus.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
