Key Responsibilities
- Develop/implement comprehensive remote work policies.
- Design engaging remote onboarding aligned with culture/operations.
- Create transparent communication strategies for remote workforce.
- Foster virtual company culture supporting mission/vision.
- Initiate virtual team development/conflict resolution.
- Establish remote performance management systems.
- Lead remote learning/development programs.
- Strategize organizational design optimizing remote operations.
- Manage change supporting evolving business model.

Qualifications
- Proven OD experience especially remote/virtual environments.
- Expertise creating/implementing remote policies.
- Strong onboarding/L&D program development background.
