Join an international team in Lisbon as a Search Engine / Technical Customer Support Agent where youll help users navigate and resolve technical and account-related issues for one of the worlds leading digital platforms.

What Youll Do

Provide technical and customer support via phone email and chat

Assist users with search enginerelated inquiries and technical troubleshooting

Deliver clear accurate and professional solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Follow internal guidelines and quality standards

Collaborate with international teams to improve user experience
What Were Looking For

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Comfortable working with digital tools and technical environments
-
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
-
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Working Schedule
-
Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
-
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
-
2 rotating days off per week
Salary & Benefits

Base salary: competitive

Performance bonus

Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day

Shared accommodation available: 280/month (utilities included)
