Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing this role you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in the selection and purchase of vehicles
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote future business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge features and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
