The Medical Records Request Specialist is responsible for actively requesting medical records from healthcare providers and ensuring those requests are followed through to completion. This role focuses on provider outreach follow-ups and managing outstanding requestsnot document intake or basic processing.

You will handle multiple open requests at a time track progress and work directly with provider offices to resolve delays or rejections.

What You Bring

Experience requesting medical records from providers
Familiarity with ROI/HIM workflows
Comfort with outbound follow-up and persistence-based tasks
Strong organization and attention to detail
Experience with tools like ChartSwap Datavant MRO CIOX or Sharecare is a plus
