About the role

Our client a fast expanding digital assets company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to manage global commercial matters and contracts. Reporting to the head of legal the role focuses primarily on commercial work including contracts product and IP while addressing contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies. There may be additional general operational in-house responsibilities to assist on.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer from a major common law jurisdiction (e.g. Singapore UK Hong Kong) with 4-8 years PQE gained with a reputable law firm or in-house.
Excellent drafting skills in commercial contracts and handling complex matters in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of digital assets regulations and transactions is a plus.
Fluent in English with business-level Mandarin is mandatory.
