Sinless Hospitality Consulting is pleased to recruit an experienced and passionate Coffee Roast Master on behalf of a leading Food & Beverage Group with a strong presence in the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a coffee professional to bring expertise and creativity to a dynamic quality-driven organization based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire coffee roasting process to ensure consistent quality and flavor profiles
Develop refine and maintain roasting profiles for various coffee origins and blends
Monitor green coffee quality roasting curves and post-roast evaluation (cupping)
Ensure proper handling storage and inventory management of green and roasted coffee
Maintain and operate roasting equipment ensuring safety and optimal performance
Collaborate with sourcing production and operations teams to meet business needs
Train and guide junior staff on roasting standards and coffee knowledge
Ensure compliance with quality standards food safety and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Coffee Roaster or Roast Master preferably within specialty coffee or hospitality
Strong knowledge of coffee origins roasting techniques and flavor development
Hands-on experience with commercial coffee roasting equipment
Excellent sensory skills and experience with cupping and quality control
Strong attention to detail consistency and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
