Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support in Spanish
Manage customer inquiries via multiple channels efficiently
Document interactions and solutions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Achieve individual KPIs while delivering outstanding service

Candidate Requirements

Spanish: Native / C2
English: B2 (mandatory)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely from Greece or in the Athens office
Valid work permit for Greece or the EU required
Open to relocating and starting a new life in Greece

Remuneration

Salary: 1045 euros * 14 months

Relocation Package (for candidates with valid EU work permit)

2 weeks hotel accommodation flight ticket (within EU)
Airport pickup
Real estate agency fee
