Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Support Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients using our clients digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and will serve as the primary point of contact for any technical or account-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and professional support to clients via phone email and chat

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of our clients digital marketing tools

- Assist with onboarding and training of new clients ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our clients products and services

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and issue resolutions

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications:

- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferably in a digital marketing or technology-related field

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms ( Google Analytics Facebook Ads) is a plus

- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field is preferred
