About the Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Expert you will provide exceptional support to customers across Europe through calls emails and back-office tasks. You will help handle shipments tracking billing claims and general service inquiries while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to pickups deliveries and shipment tracking.
- Assist with billing issues invoices and claims.
- Support customers with account setup and onboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on service features and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage technical issues related to internal systems.
- Ensure all cases meet quality compliance and KPI standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the Supervisor when necessary.
Requirements
- Italian C1 (native level or near-native).
- English B2 (required).
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
