Job Summary
Are you fluent in German Swedish French Dutch Spanish Italian or Slovak Looking to use your language skills in an international environment while living in Greece
We are hiring multilingual Customer Support Agents for well-known global brands. Roles are remote or onsite in Greece depending on the project.
You only need ONE language to apply.

Your daily tasks:
- Assist customers with bookings reservations modifications & cancellations
- Handle inquiries via email chat and occasional inbound calls
- Ensure accurate documentation and case follow-up
- Deliver professional customer-focused support
- Follow internal guidelines and quality standards
What were looking for:
- C1 level in one of the listed languages
- English B2 or higher
- Customer support experience is an advantage (not required)
- Confident computer user
- EU passport or valid Greek residence permit
- Open to relocation to Greece if required (support provided)
