About the Role
As a Swedish Technical Customer Support Specialist you will support customers with more complex inquiries requiring technical understanding and analytical skills. You will act as the first point of contact and ensure all cases are handled efficiently and professionally. This is an onsite position in a modern international office environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer cases identify technical issues and guide customers toward resolution. Accurately document all interactions and collaborate with internal teams for escalations. Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and structured follow-up.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in customer support or technical support. Swedish C1 or C2 and English B2 required. Secondary education is mandatory; post-secondary education in IT or technology is an advantage. You are organized resilient and customer-focused.
