Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality service to customers across international this role you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch and English

Provide accurate information regarding products services orders and processes

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach

Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

Escalate complex cases when necessary following internal procedures

Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working with digital tools and support systems

Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage but not mandatory
