Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join growing team. As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support the Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through phone email and chat support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products services and policies
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
