The Opportunity: Support for a Major Entertainment Platform

We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Expert to manage user inquiries for a globally recognized digital entertainment and streaming platform. This role offers Work-At-Home flexibility and is based in Greece. You will focus on resolving technical issues handling billing/subscription questions and ensuring a seamless viewing experience for customers.

Your Impact: High-Quality Entertainment Access

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to streaming quality device compatibility password resets and app functionality via phone chat and email.
Account Resolution: Efficiently manage subscription changes billing issues and account security.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction maintains the brands reputation for premium service.
Flexibility: Utilize the Work-At-Home option available for this project.

What You Bring: The User Advocate

Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in Swedish.
Experience: Proven experience in technical support or customer service ideally in a digital or streaming environment.
Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from the Greece office initially with potential for long-term Work-At-Home.
