We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a remote support team based in Athens. This role focuses on assisting Danish-speaking customers with inquiries related to digital services account questions general troubleshooting and guiding users through product features and processes. The ideal candidate is patient empathetic and comfortable supporting customers online while working from home.

Your daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions through phone email and chat identifying customer needs and providing clear and accurate solutions. You will help customers access their accounts navigate settings understand available features resolve login or usage issues and address any concerns related to billing or subscriptions. Documenting each case in the internal system and following established quality standards are essential parts of the role.

Success in this position requires strong communication skills the ability to stay organized in a remote environment and a proactive mindset when dealing with customer issues. You will receive structured training to help you learn the tools workflows support guidelines and communication techniques needed to deliver an excellent customer experience. Continued learning professional behavior and maintaining a positive attitude are key expectations.

We welcome candidates who speak Danish fluently and have a good command of English for internal communication. Previous experience in customer service support hospitality retail or administrative roles is helpful but not required. What matters most is reliability empathy problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach.

Vi søger en dansktalende kundeservicemedarbejder til et fjernbaseret supportteam i Athen. I denne stilling hjælper du danske kunder med spørgsmål om digitale tjenester kontoindstillinger generel fejlfinding og brug af funktioner. Du skal kunne levere klar vejledning skabe tryghed hos kunden og løse problemer effektivt via online kommunikationskanaler.

Dine opgaver omfatter at besvare henvendelser via telefon e-mail og chat identificere kundens behov og give tydelige og korrekte løsninger. Du vil hjælpe kunder med at logge ind navigere i deres konto forstå funktioner håndtere problemer med adgang eller ydeevne samt svare på spørgsmål om betalinger eller abonnementer. Det er vigtigt at registrere alle sager korrekt i systemet og følge gældende kvalitetsstandarder.

For at lykkes i rollen skal du have gode kommunikationsevner evnen til at arbejde struktureret hjemmefra og motivation til at yde professionel service. Du modtager grundig oplæring i systemer processer og kundedialog så du kan levere en effektiv og venlig supportoplevelse. Løbende læring og en positiv tilgang til kundekontakt er en vigtig del af jobbet.

Vi søger kandidater der taler dansk flydende og har et godt niveau i engelsk til intern kommunikation. Erfaring fra kundeservice support detail hotel eller administration er en fordel men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er ansvarlighed empati og evnen til at forstå og løse kundernes problemer.
