Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented purchasing data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and purchasing processes and will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to our purchasing activities. This is a full-time position based in 6th of October City Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze purchasing data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for cost savings

- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for purchasing decisions

- Collaborate with purchasing team to develop and implement purchasing strategies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and reports

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in purchasing data

- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in purchasing and data analysis

- Use data visualization tools to create reports and presentations for management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis and/or purchasing

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain management is a plus
