About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Grant Writer to secure funding from both local and international donors. The role requires strong research writing and project management skills to develop compelling proposals manage grants and maintain donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential funding opportunities (local & international).

Write persuasive proposals concept notes and reports.

Collaborate with Finance & Program teams to prepare budgets and project data.

Manage multiple grant applications and ensure timely submissions.

Track deliverables reporting and donor compliance requirements.

Support fundraising strategies and strengthen donor relationships.
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Communications English International Relations or related field (Masters preferred).

5 years proven experience in grant writing with successful funding track record.

Strong writing editing and research skills.

Excellent organizational and project management ability.

Proficiency in MS Office and fundraising databases (Salesforce Donor Perfect etc.).
