Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Solar Panel Installer to install maintain and troubleshoot solar PV systems on residential and commercial sites. This role contributes directly to sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and connect solar panels inverters and electrical components.
- Conduct site assessments and system testing.
- Troubleshoot maintain and repair solar installations.
- Follow health safety and electrical regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/electrical experience preferred.
- Proven experience in solar installation or electrical/construction work.
- Comfortable working at heights and using hand/power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Solar installation certification (e.g. NABCEP)
- Experience with rooftop and ground-mounted systems
