What You Will Do

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest culinary standards

• Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas

• Maintain exceptional food quality taste and presentation

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service

• Follow all health hygiene and safety regulations

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required

• Support training and development of junior team members (senior roles)

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen ideally in luxury or fine dining

• Culinary qualifications or equivalent practical expertise

• Passion for gastronomy and high-quality ingredients

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong teamwork communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

• Proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage
