The Nurse Manager will lead and develop interdisciplinary teams drive operational excellence and collaborate across departments to achieve strategic goals. Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).

Oregon Registered Nurse License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).

National Provider BLS American Heart Association (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).

Minimum of 5 years in nursing with progressive leadership experience.
- At least 1 year of hospital psychiatric unit management/supervisory experience.
