Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding optical care and service to a high-end patient base
- Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear to match their style and vision needs
- Perform fittings adjustments repairs and measurements with precision
- Collaborate with the in-house lab to ensure quality craftsmanship (lab experience a plus)
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in both appearance and conduct

Requirements:
- Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
- Skilled in all facets of optical dispensing including lens selection frame styling and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong professional communication skills
- Polished business-professional presentation
- Previous lab experience strongly preferred
- Adaptable and willing to travel between offices as business needs require
