The Role

As a Lead Deployed Transformation Engineer youll serve as the technical point of impact building systems that solve real operational problems across logistics fleet management and customer experience. Youll work directly with executives and field leaders to uncover bottlenecks design solutions and deploy them at scale.

This is a hands-on customer-facing engineering role with visibility across the entire organization. If you love combining code business insight and data to make things run better youll thrive here.

What Youll Do

Architect and deploy high-impact tools and workflows that are adopted company-wide.

Partner directly with business units and executives to translate needs into technical roadmaps.

Lead the development of scalable production-grade solutions using Python SQL and Palantir Foundry.

Guide junior engineers and cross-functional contributors through best practices in development and delivery.

Evaluate and enhance existing systems for efficiency reliability and automation potential.

Support rollout and user adoption with clear documentation and hands-on training.

What Youll Bring

3 years of experience solving complex real-world business problems using technology and data.

Strong background in Python Java TypeScript SQL or similar tools.

Proven record of building intuitive scalable solutions in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to comfortably interface with both engineers and executives.

Experience in consulting analytics transformation or forward-deployed engineering preferred.

Natural curiosity ownership and the ability to turn big ideas into deployed results.
