About the Role:
Join a high-performing collaborative ER team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose treat and stabilize emergency cases
Perform emergency surgeries when needed
Utilize digital X-ray ultrasound and in-house labs
Communicate clearly with pet owners and referring veterinarians
Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Participate in CE and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent with active license in FL or TX
1 year of emergency experience preferred
Strong diagnostic surgical and communication skills
Calm collaborative mindset under pressure
Passion for empathetic high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $250K
Production Bonus: 21 - 23% (paid monthly)

Schedule:
