Position: B2B Outside Sales Rep
Our client is a recognized brand in the commercial cleaning sector providing a wide range of services that include office cleaning industrial cleaning janitorial services green cleaning restaurant cleaning and more. They are currently in search of a competitive coachable and motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy prospecting walking into businesses building relationships and closing new deals. As a B2B Outside Sales Representative you will represent a national brand focusing on new business development territory management and long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new B2B clients through door-to-door outreach cold calling networking and in-person visits.
- Developing a deep understanding of the companys services to present tailored solutions to business owners managers and decision-makers.
- Managing your territory building a pipeline and driving new recurring-revenue accounts.
- Representing the brand professionally through consistent outreach and relationship building.
- Participating in structured training ongoing development and field rides with senior reps.
- Building a long-term residual book of business that grows your earnings year after year.
Qualifications
- 1 year of B2B or high-volume outbound sales experience is preferred.
- Background in door-to-door territory sales or service sales is strongly preferred.
- Competitive coachable and driven a former college athlete mindset is a bonus.
- Comfortable walking into businesses and generating conversations from scratch.
- Strong work ethic willingness to learn and ability to follow a proven sales process.
- High energy positive attitude and confidence communicating with decision-makers.
