Job Summary

Korzen Health is partnering with the largest Not-For-Profit Hospital System in Northeast Texas to recruit a Gastroenterologist to join a well-established hospital-backed multispecialty group. The group includes over 700 providers across 32 specialties offering robust support and collaboration.

Position Highlights:

Hospital-employed role with a competitive base salary RVU bonus and very solid night call compensation.
4 ½ workdays per week with 4 procedural days.
Flexible hospital call (10 days per month) shared among six GI providers.
Epic EMR system.

Practice Details:

4 ORs 4 PACU beds 2 GI suites 20 pre-op beds and 5-bed infusion center.
Dedicated APRN support for history/physical and post-op consults.
Busy practice with a full primary care referral base (average 6-month wait for new patients).
Patient volume: 1822 per day with procedural focus.
Employed by the largest hospital-based GI group in Northeast Texas.
