Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
- Oversee the design development and implementation of new manufacturing processes equipment and automation solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage engineering projects from conception through to successful completion ensuring adherence to scope budget and schedule.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production quality and R&D teams to optimize product manufacturability and resolve technical issues.

- Develop and manage the engineering department's budget resource planning and strategic technology roadmap.

- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes automation and industrial engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong background in applying Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation robotics Industry 4.0)
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g. SAP) and PLM systems
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
