Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Install modify and upgrade new and existing production machinery and facility infrastructure.
Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
Conduct daily inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and programming.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g. Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proficiency in PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting.
Certified in welding (e.g. MIG TIG) or other fabrication techniques.
Prior experience with robotics or automated manufacturing systems.
