Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Inspect test and adjust production machinery for optimal performance and safety.
Install and commission new industrial equipment and production lines.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Document maintenance activities repairs and parts used accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing repairing and maintaining industrial mechanical systems including hydraulics pneumatics and power transmission.
Demonstrated experience with manufacturing machinery and equipment in an industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting and repair.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming.
Proficiency in welding (MIG TIG Stick) and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Lean manufacturing principles.
Certification in a specialized area such as hydraulics pneumatics or robotics.
