CDL-A OTR Trainee Paid Training Nationwide

Now hiring recent CDL school grads for an OTR trainee program with paid mentor training and strong first-year earning potential.

Training Pay: $650/week for 4 - 6 weeks with a mentor
After Upgrade: $1000 $1400/week depending on account
First-Year Earnings: $50000
Home Time: Every 2 to 3 weeks (some lanes home weekly)
Freight: Mostly no-touch dry van live load/unload preload drop & hook
Equipment: 2022 - 2025 tractors with modern safety/comfort features
