Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email phone and messaging platforms in a timely professional manner.
- Assist clients with cruise planning stateroom selection booking updates cancellations and special requests.
- Provide accurate and current information regarding cruise ships itineraries destinations and agency procedures.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
- Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their cruise to confirm details and gather feedback.
