Job Summary

Position Overview

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Sofia. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers delivering outstanding support and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Details

  • Language: Croatian (Native) English (B2)
  • Location: Sofia Bulgaria
  • Work Model: On-site
  • Start Date: 2 February 2026
  • Working Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 09:00 23:00 (shift based)
    • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 19:00 (shift based)
  • Training:

    • 3 weeks training 1 week nesting (fully paid)

  • Support customers via phone email and chat ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
  • Act like a problem-solvergather information efficiently and deliver clear solutions.
  • Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional communication style in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues share ideas and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What You Bring

  • Native-level Croatian and at least B2 English (spoken & written).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Comfortable using MS Office.
  • Organized precise and able to multitask independently or within a team.
