We are currently seeking a Full-Time Temporary Hospitality Supervisor to support operations at Bristol Mountain.

What Youll Do as a Hospitality Supervisor
Youll be at the heart of the action - supporting your team keeping operations smooth and making sure every guest has an amazing experience.
- Lead train and motivate a fun high-energy team
- Keep everything running seamlessly - from stocking and staffing to smiles and service
- Support food safety cleanliness and top-notch guest service
- Be the go-to person for questions problem solving and positive vibes
What Were Looking For
- Previous leadership or hospitality experience (12 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (its ski season - the fun never stops!)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time temporary position
- Hours may include evenings weekends and holidays as business needs require
