We are looking to recruitan experiencedindividual tojoin our established team. Reporting to ourArea Repairs ManagerourLabourersprovideGeneral Labouring works for The Group to a high and consistent standard.
In addition we are looking for candidates that have apassion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
Whatdo ourLabourersdo;
Operate tools machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently.
Perform site prep cleaning waste removal and minor repairs.
Follow health & safety procedures including PPE use and reporting hazards.
Communicate with clients and supervise apprentices as needed.
Record work activities andassistwith planning and materials.
Whatwe are looking for;
City and Guilds Craft or minimum NVQ level 2 in an appropriatecraft basedtrade or substantial relevant experience
Experience of working as part of a multidiscipline team
Experience of working collaboratively in a busy team environment
Experience of delivering quality work on time.
Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard
Full driving licence and willing to travel across the Northwest
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be based in the communities we serve and will work under minimum supervision and as part of a team using a flexible approach.
