Workplace: 10000 RabatWhat to expect:
- Manage the HMI departments vehicle fleet including assignments exchanges
and returns. - Act as the point of contact with other areas of the Technical Center and Proto
- type Development Center to coordinate needs and resolve issues.
- Plan and schedule vehicle requirements for future tests considering availability
and required configurations. - Coordinate vehicle evaluations on behalf of the HMI customer and enter them
into the official system. - Oversee vehicle check-in and check-out in the workshop and monitor vehicle
usage. - Escalate and manage risks related to test vehicles (e.g. delivery delays missing
parts project incidents). - Participate as the customers representative in vehicle management forums
and communicate relevant information to subareas. - Manage permits for confidential vehicles and organize camouflage/decamouflage processes for the fleet.
- Control and track vehicle usage
What you bring along:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in an organized manner resolving issues and managing priorities effectively.
