Job description


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Revenue to lead and scale our commercial organisation across Southern Europe. This role is critical to achieving our next phase of growth including a 70% revenue increase driven by a combination of enterprise services and our newly launched subscription insights platform Tonic BI.

The Head of Revenue will own revenue strategy end-to-end aligning Sales Customer Success Partnerships and Revenue Operations to build a predictable scalable and high-performing revenue engine.


Key responsibilities:


Revenue Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the companys revenue strategy across services and subscription products

  • Own revenue planning forecasting and target setting across markets

  • Translate company growth objectives into clear commercial priorities and execution plans


Sales & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Lead and develop the sales organisation ensuring clear role definitions territories and quotas

  • Drive segmentation and go-to-market models by market client type and product

  • Support and close strategic enterprise deals with key pharmaceutical clients when required


Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Product and Data teams to align Tonic BI positioning pricing and roadmap with market needs

  • Partner with Customer Success to drive retention expansion and net revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Marketing on positioning pipeline generation and sales enablement


Performance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs dashboards and reporting to ensure visibility across the revenue funnel

  • Continuously optimise deal velocity win rates and average contract value

  • Build and scale repeatable sales processes and best practices



Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 7 years in senior commercial roles (Head of Sales VP Sales Revenue Director) in B2B SaaS data or digital platforms

  • Commercial Expertise: Proven experience scaling revenue in multi-market environments

  • Enterprise Sales: Strong background in complex consultative enterprise sales

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build lead and scale high-performing teams

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or related field

  • Language skills: Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
