As we expand our international operations we are building adedicatedproposal development team in Dhaka Bangladesh to support our growing number of RFP responses inthe U.S. healthcare market.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RFP Proposal Writer to join our team in Dhaka. Theideal candidate will have 4 years of experience writing proposals for U.S. clients preferably inhealthcare staffing or clinical services. You will work closely with our U.S.-based team and useAI-powered tools to help generate refine and manage high-volume RFP submissions (2035proposals per month).

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret RFP documents from U.S. government agencies hospital systems and otherhealthcare organizations.
Collaborate with U.S. team members (sales operations compliance) to gather technical andorganizational input for proposal responses.
Draft and format compliant compelling and client-specific RFP responses including executivesummaries qualifications staffing plans technical approaches and pricing justifications.
Use AI tools to accelerate first drafts content suggestions and template updateswhile retaining fullaccountability for quality and accuracy.
Manage a consistent output of 20 to 35 RFPs per month balancing quick turnarounds with attention todetail and strategic positioning.
Maintain a comprehensive content library boilerplate repository and proposal tracking database.
Participate in weekly team check-ins debriefs and internal reviews to improve process efficiency andproposal quality.

Qualifications
Preferred degree in English Procurement Law or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on RFP writing experience preferably responding to U.S. government orhealthcare-related solicitations.
Excellent English writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of U.S. business writing tone andterminology.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace Dropbox Slack or Microsoft Teams).
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize under pressure.
Familiarity with proposal formatting for GSA and state/local procurement systems is astrong plus.
Experience using AI writing tools (e.g. ChatGPT Grammarly Notion AI) is preferredmust be opento guided AI-assisted writing.

Preferred Experience
Experience working for U.S. clients or in a BPO/outsourcing environment.
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare system terminology roles and regulations.
Familiarity with healthcare staffing models including locum tenens permanent placement and travelnursing.
