Job Summary
The Senior District Fleet Manager role requires a dynamic leader with proven people management skills capable of guiding mentoring and coaching a diverse team including 13 direct reports and a fleet of 33 pieces of equipment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication fosters employee development and maintains high standards for safety and training. Success in this position depends on effective fleet and maintenance oversight strategic decision-making and the ability to drive operational excellence while supporting team growth. Experience with heavy equipment (yellow iron) is beneficial and candidates should be comfortable with cross-functional collaboration adapting to industry challenges and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $110000 - $123000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successfulcandidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work addition this position is eligible for incentive pay.
