What Youll Do

As a Senior Training & Onboarding Specialist you will:

-Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

-Partner with managers and leaders to align onboarding with business objectives.

-Conduct orientation sessions that introduce company culture policies and values.

-Assess training needs across departments and implement tailored learning plans.

-Deliver engaging workshops training sessions and development activities.

-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives.

-Develop training materials guides and e-learning resources.

-Prepare and manage annual training and onboarding calendars.

-Visit the main factory in Obour and other branches to understand operations identify development areas and deliver on-site onboarding/training.

-Provide insights and reports on program effectiveness completion rates and employee feedback.

Your Profile

-(57) years of experience in Training and Onboarding.

-Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end onboarding programs.

-Strong facilitation presentation and communication skills.

-Skilled in analyzing gaps and translating them into effective training solutions.

-Flexibility to travel to Obour factory and other branches as needed.

-Background in the food industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.

-Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
