Job Summary

At Auren Personas we work from the Recruitment & Executive Search division and we are dedicated to providing specialized Human Resources consulting services.

We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid. which is looking to add a Supply Chain Leader to its team.

About the Role:

Develop and implement global supply chain strategies and best practices.
Drive standardization and optimization of material flow and logistics across regions.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning inventory warehousing and transportation.
Lead and develop regional supply chain teams to align with global objectives.
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for global supply chain operations.
Collaborate with Operations IT Tools to enhance digitalization and automation.
Coordinate with Global Purchasing for supplier alignment and compliance.
Ensure risk mitigation regulatory compliance and sustainability practices within supply chain operations

Requirements:

Academic or professional education in industrial engineering supply Chain Management logistics or similar and Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
7 years of experience in supply chain management with global scope.
Knowledge in standardization and optimization projects.
Expertise in supply chain planning logistics and material management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferred SAP) and advanced planning tools.
Solid understanding of IT tools integration for supply chain processes.
