Job Summary
Essential requirements:
Bachelors degree in Technical Communication Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Writer (5 years preferred) preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong writing and editing skills in American English with a focus on clarity and precision. Knowledge of writing in simplified technical English is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile environments can effectively contribute to documentation in iterative development cycles.
Experience in SolidWorks Composer (or similar) for creating illustrations.
Experience in Adobe Illustrator.
Experience working with Component Content Management System (CCMS) tools. CCMS tools Quanos Schema ST4 and Skribenta.
Certifications in technical writing such as the Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC).
