Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with 15 years of experience in Business Controlling Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a comparable business-focused education
Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage but not required
Strong skills in SAP and Excel are highly valued
You are well-organized efficient and thrive in a team-oriented environment
You are driven by continuous improvement and enjoy contributing to the development of your area of responsibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
Key responsibilities:
Analyze and monitor profit and loss (P&L) performance and key KPIs within your scope (such as Absorption SG&A and Gross Profit)
Present financial results clearly and transparently to management
Support monthly closing budgeting and forecasting activities for the site and business unit
Work closely with Business Analysts and other commercial functions across the global organization providing financial support and insights
Contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes
