Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Power Platform apps (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse)
Lead migrations from Dropbox network drives and SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online and Teams
Create and maintain migration runbooks technical documentation and user guides
Partner with IT vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable M365 and Power Platform solutions
Quickly resolve migration integration and performance issues
Required Skills : * 6 years with SharePoint On-Prem (2019) and Online; Extensive migration experience using ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Tool * Experienced in Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse troubleshooting and ALM strategies * Deep expertise in site collections permissions metadata taxonomy retention and governance * Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform security: tenant/site permissions Azure AD integration compliance (DLP sensitivity labels retention) * Skilled in resolving migration issues (permissions metadata mapping workflows) * Proficient in PowerShell scripting PnP provisioning and familiar with Azure DevOps/Git/TFS * Adept at creating runbooks SOPs technical documentation and communicating technical guidance to stakeholders
