Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Workday SME Payroll & Integrations to support a post go-live stabilization initiative following a recent Workday deployment. This role is focused on identifying diagnosing and resolving payroll accuracy issues driven by ongoing integrations with a required third-party time and scheduling system. The consultant will play a critical role in restoring payroll reliability reducing errors and improving overall system performance.
This is a high-visibility impact-driven engagement requiring a strong techno-functional skill set and deep experience in Workday Payroll and integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze payroll-related integration issues between third-party time/scheduling systems and Workday

Review and interpret error logs payroll discrepancies and data mismatches impacting payroll processing

Partner with HRIS Payroll and third-party system teams to diagnose root causes

Recommend and implement configuration integration and process improvements

Support post go-live stabilization efforts to materially reduce payroll errors and rework

Provide hands-on expertise to improve data accuracy reliability and payroll outcomes

Document findings solutions and stabilization best practices
Required Qualifications

Senior-level Workday Payroll SME experience

Active Workday Payroll certification
-
Proven experience supporting post go-live stabilization initiatives

Strong background in Workday payroll integrations

Experience working with required third-party or legacy systems

Techno-functional skill set with the ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced high-pressure environments

7 years of experience
