JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director Human Resources serves as a key leader for Transco partnering with business leaders and employees to foster an engaging safe and productive work environment. This role provides strategic and tactical direction on people and organizational development strategies to support business objectives. The Director ensures the organization has the right talent and capabilities to execute the companys strategic plan.

Primary responsibilities and/or essential functions include but are not limited to:

  • Lead HR function for Transco including leadership development employee and labor relations talent acquisition policy interpretation performance and compensation management and talent development.

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business strategy.

  • Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and process improvement.

  • Oversee talent acquisition programs including screening methods selection processes and hiring recommendations.

  • Develop and execute strategies for collective bargaining labor contract administration and dispute resolution.

  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions programs and policies.

  • Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations policy application talent management and organizational design.

  • Conduct staffing analysis and design strategies to meet current and future talent needs.

  • Manage HR and training budgets and participate in annual budget planning and labor forecasting.

  • Develop and deliver training on HR topics such as leadership management and company policies.

  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure effective integration of new employees.

  • Lead annual HR cycle deliverables including performance management merit and bonus awards and benefits enrollment.

  • Partner with corporate HR functions (HRIS Compensation & Benefits) to deliver solutions.

  • Supervise one or more HR Specialists and/or Professionals.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business HR or related field required.

  • 8 years of progressive HR experience including leadership and supervisory roles.

  • Significant experience managing and administering Collective Bargaining Agreements.

  • Multi-site HR support experience preferred.

  • HR certification preferred.

  • Experience with Workday and ADP preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and HR expertise including employment law and compliance.

  • Proficiency in labor relations and negotiation.

  • Excellent interpersonal coaching and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range:

171000.00 - 209000.00
