Job Summary
What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers showcasing the value of Oracles EBS Finance including General Ledger Payables Fixed Assets Receivables Cash management Treasury in addition to Hyperion Planning and HFM solutions in addressing their business challenges.
- Highlight additional value from Oracle Inventory and Procurement modules including streamlined supply chain and procurement processes when relevant.
- Leverage prior implementation experience to design and present tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to perform value-based selling aligning Oracle solutions with customer objectives and industry trends.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and workshops showcasing the capabilities of Oracles EBS Finance and Hyperion solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes challenges and objectives and propose solutions accordingly.
- Develop and deliver presentations solution designs and proposals that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Oracles On-Premise product portfolio and the evolving needs of targeted industries.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in solution engineering or consulting roles with a focus on Oracle EBS Finance and Hyperion solutions.
- Proven EBS implementation experience particularly in finance modules enabling insight into customer pain points and solution benefits.
- Experience with Oracle Inventory and Procurement modules is a plus.
- Strong capability in value-based selling addressing industry-specific needs and articulating the ROI of Oracle solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (required); proficiency in French is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Bachelors degree in Finance IT or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
