Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties to assist the nursing staff in rendering patient care within the limits of the State of Ohio certification guidelines. The paramedic will have a team assignment with a registered nurse and will be expected to provide total patient care in coordination with the registered nurse and medical staff. The paramedic will be proficient in documentation of any care provided to the patient.
BLS is required until ACLS is obtained.
If not currently certified PALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
