Description of Work

Salary Grade Range: $26851 - $46991 Annually

Recruitment Range: $31200 - $46991 Annually

Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.

Normal Work Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm (4 days at 10 hours per day)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities / Competencies

• Must have and maintain a valid North Carolina drivers license

• Knowledge in preparing food items according to menus.

• Read and write in English and be able to follow recipes and instructions.

• Knowledge with modifying food and thicken liquids as necessary.

• Knowledge of food preparation time temperature and methods of preserving.

This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.
