Being a Product Security Engineer is an exciting role and these here are your most important tasks:
- Support security compliance projects: help ensure our products comply with relevant security standards and regulations;
- Assist in security policy development: support the team in refining product security policies and guidelines;
- Assist in incident response: support the team in responding to security incidents and help with basic information collection and documentation tasks;
- Learn and research security trends: stay updated on the related regulations latest security trends and technologies and share findings with the team.
Your profile
- Availability to work 40 hrs/week in our office in Munich Germany (no remote work is possible)
- Bachelors or masters degree in information security computer science or a related field;
- Good understanding in data protection product compliance and application security principles/technologies;
- Good understanding with frameworks like GDPR IEC 62443 and with Data Act AI Act etc.;
- Previous work experience in cybersecurity or compliance;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) Chinese is a big plus.
