Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing medical support for the clinical development and product pipeline in the field of oncology or immunotherapy for the company.
2. Provide medical advice in the field of oncology or immunotherapy to clinical development and related functional departments.
3. Responsible for designing clinical research plans writing abstracts and summary reports.
4. Support IND and NDA/BLA clinical data preparation including summary reports. 5. Collaborate across departments participate in support and regulatory meetings and assist in preparing materials or providing medical professional advice when necessary.
6. Support doctors in making decisions regarding patient screening enrollment and protocol deviation management.
7. Regularly visit KOLs and maintain communication introduce the companys product line and provide feedback on clinical treatment trends.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
1. A degree in Medicine Clinical Science or a related field with a full-time Doctors degree (MD and/or Ph.D preferred) and excellent expertise in clinical research-related medical knowledge.
2. Basic understanding of oncology or autoimmune fields; preferred candidates will have over 1 year of clinical research project experience in oncology or autoimmune fields at a multinational corporation (MNC) with CAR-T clinical trial experience being a plus. fresh graduates is also accepted.
3. Strong ability to interpret efficacy and safety data in oncology or immunology along with excellent presentation skills.
4. Outstanding medical writing skills.
5. Excellent English communication skills.
6. Strong communication coordination and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
7. High sense of responsibility professionalism and teamwork spirit.
8. Values innovation and is open to challenges.
